Anamorph is a media and software studio exploring new directions in cinema, visual art, and systems-based storytelling. We invent new technology and collaborate with other filmmakers, studios, and institutions to enhance human creativity, not replace it.

The first project made possible with our technology — the groundbreaking generative documentary film Eno — premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. It explores the creativity and ideas of legendary musician and artist Brian Eno through a feature film that’s never the same twice. Eno was the first generative feature film to be released commercially in cinemas, and was shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. Anamorph software and hardware is powering screening events and livestreams where unique versions of the film are created in real time, tailored to each audience.

Anamorph is a team of filmmakers, artists and engineers who see technology as a way to enhance human creativity, not replace it. We’re currently crafting new tools and partnering with creators, studios, exhibition spaces, and streaming platforms to re-imagine the cinematic experience on-screen and off.
